Week One, Session 2

This was Saturday February 9, 2013.

All right, this time around it’s only six rounds instead of eight !

A real problem I had early on was breathing.  I recall I tried using a {4-count inhale, 4-count exhale} pattern for the first couple Weeks of this program.  It proved less effective than just following my own natural breathing impulses, so I gave it up.

I still had trouble with oxygen uptake and controlling my breathing, until I think the 5th or 6th week of running.  Things would change, though.
