Week Four, Session 1

Saturday March 2, 2013.  Evidently I took a few days off.

Notes say I’m “feeling better” so I must have taken a couple days to beat some illness.

What’s to say on this ?  Better than the last time out.  Sitting in the ~5:30/km range, which at the time was my average pacing.  Don’t want to give away spoilers as to current-continuity so I won’t say more.

Consistent half-km efforts in 3-min segments, a positive.
