Week Four, Session 3

Sunday March 10, 2013.  Six days since last run.

Three minutes of walking.  At some point this much, even 2 minutes’ worth, would start to get annoying.  A good sign.

Breathing is still a problem.  I made that note a lot in the early days.

This run was after the Daylight Savings time change, and the night before saw a visit to the Hog Shack with good friend {Eazy T} and three beerses consumed.

Because of that (their food is awesome) or despite that (I tend to over-eat on BBQ some times), the totals were good.
