Week Three, Session 2

Saturday February 23, 2013.

My run notes from this one indicate I was still having problems with keeping my breathing under control; coupled with what may have been a chest cold.

If I was feeling off my game, it doesn’t bear out in the numbers.  Pushing a ~5:04 min/km is where I want to be.  Anything sub-(6:00/km) is entirely acceptable.  Of course, looking at the elevation differences it’s clear that I had a lot of downhill help on this one.
