Transitioning up towards Week Five. Road running again; the track experiment was a one-time thing.
Notes say I was feeling really good on this run. Using the iPod at this point, and the distracting effect was working. First time that breathing was nearly under control.
High time-per-kilometer on this set. Given the 3-min intervals it’s not a surprise. Worst laps had the greatest ascent, so there’s a likely cause.
