Week Five, Session 2

Tuesday March 26, 2013.

All the hype for a 27-min-total run, and we follow with a 16-min effort.

Nudge under 5-min/km for the average.  And poor planning come back to haunt me; the last round saw me running up a long hill near to home.  At some point I would grow wise and think ahead to where I would finish a session.  It’s difficult to avoid hills when you live on one, and not at the top of one, either…
