Week Six, Session 1

Monday April 8, 2013.

Actually added an 8th 5-minute run interval after finishing the session.  Had a lot in me that day.  These extra, undocumented running times (plus the distances added before using the GPS) add an unknown quantity to my overall total distance run.  Possibly 10k worth, from the start of this project until current continuity ?

Started off with a kilometer running segment, then fell off after that.  Steadily worse after the first.  Still a nearly 6 1/2 km effort.  Over 7km if you add in the unofficial 8th Lap.

Should check the Google Map on this one; pretty big ascents and descents.  What was my route this time out ??
