Week Six, Session 2

Thursday April 11, 2013.

Dropping back to 3-min intervals.  Notes say I added a couple 1-2 minute runs after the main session ended.

Pace numbers back under 5:30/km.  Thanks entirely to not-doing 5-min at a time.  Also no thanks to the bag of Ruffles potato-chips I consumed on the drive home from work.  When has oil and starch and salt ever failed anyone ?
