This is the first time doing anything related to the program, in a week.
Last Saturday (post-run) and the next day were a complete mess. Could barely walk, and when I could it was for no distance at all. This time out, I was in “normal” running shoes, maintaining a comfortable pace, and over a distance of 9km. Wanted to give it a mild loading test over distance.
Felt nothing problematic from the right knee.
