Week 7 calls for a 6-min interval set and a special 5k target. Preparing for that.
How you end a run is probably a better indicator of the quality of the session than is how you start the run. Good average, consistent pace too. Notes say that after the session was done and I was on the way home, I added some hill-climb running. Left hip was really stiff; had the feeling like it just needed to “pop” slightly back into the joint and relieve pressure. The hole in the right Vibram KSO is getting bigger. Once the sole tore, the foam-rubber just crumbles away over time.
After the run, I patched the inside with, of course, squares of duct tape.
