Week 6/7 Injury (2 of 7)

Monday April 29, 2013.

Taking it very easy, seeing how things feel.  2-minute rest interval, and only a total of 14 minutes running.

Do I seem to be running better injured than not ?  Sure looks that way.  Sub-(5-min/km) average.  Have to remember that there was as much rest as run.  Notes from the run say that, while the numbers looked nice, I felt lousy.  Felt out of shape, both hips “wonky”, knee hurts but not as painful as that Saturday.
