This blog may well be an enduring record of my bad ideas and what befalls me of them. Ran on Monday the 29th. Felt okay, if a lot wonky and out of alignment.
Notes say that on Tues, Wed, Thurs of the past week, knee was in severe pain. Sharp pains when walking on slight downhill slopes, and when walking on the level for more than 20-25 feet. Going to see the doctor on Monday the 6th.
This walk was a simple one: 2.5km out from home, 2.5km back. Used an elementary school as the midpoint. Did a few pullups on the playground equipment there. I miss Crossfit.
