Week 6/7 Additional

Tuesday May 21, 2013.

Putting in another non-program session to see where I am, physically.

Mostly a sub-5min/km pace, knee was tight and hurt a bit, same with hip.  As a rule felt strong and confident in the recovery from the problem that had held me back.  Will need to re-do the last Week or two of the program to avoid starting off too strong after this setback.
