Week Five, Session 1 (Do-Over)

Monday May 27, 2013.

Re-setting the program on account of injury.  Originally did this run March 24th.

Very long route this time, and 20 seconds per km faster than the first time I did this one.  Cool and rainy out for the run.  Tried to increase the footfalls per minute as recommended by the expert at physio.  He timed me at about 165 steps/min and suggested I should be nearer to 180 steps/min.  Knee felt okay.  First time out in new VFF’s.
