Felt like everything went wrong this time out.
The numbers paint a rosy picture. 5:00/km was the worst pace tonight. But it felt lousy. Knee was sore, everything felt tight. Forgot to drink my pre-workout drink. Feet were sore. And on getting home I put my interval timer face-down on the concrete steps and scratched the plastic window. Well played, Self.
