Week Eight, Session 2

Sunday July 21, 2013.

Again with this drop from 35 min of running, to 21 min of running.

Lot of soreness from taking a day or two off more than usual.  Felt bloated from the pre-run drink, maybe also from the heat of the day carried over into the evening.  Distance is distance, and the pace is acceptable.
