Week Eight, Session 3

And now 2-minute intervals ?  Come on, really ?

This really is the RX’d progression in the program.  Maybe there’s some deep science behind it, some kind of kinesiology fake-out being played on the musculature or something.  I can’t even guess.  For sure I’ll need to create a bridge week between Weeks Eight and Nine.  No way I’m going from (2/1)*12 to the (6/1)*8 called for at the start of Week Nine.
