Week Seven, Session 3

Saturday July 13, 2013.

Pushed more than 16km this week.

Added a couple intervals, short ones, after this run was done.  Feeling really good.  Minor tweak in one knee.  Went out a long way, pretty much to the other side of town and back.  Second-best weekly total so far.  Best remains the 19.58km run in the Week 5 Bridge Do-Over and Week 6 (June 10th-15th).
