Tuesday October 1st. Color Me Rad is on Saturday October 5th.
Tonight’s effort was almost all walking; 2.5km out, 2.5km back. There was some short running intervals in the 2.5km return trip, but nothing specifically recorded by the GPS (tho the average pace shows a quicker effort).
This was all done in the VFF Bikilas. Building strength and stamina in the feet themselves, and the Achilles tendons.
Most notable during this run…I got thinking about moving away from the Learn To Run’s time-based intervals, and into distance-based intervals.
