This first session of Phase One was run on Tuesday November 5, 2013.
Running only 100m is not the problem. Pace numbers show it – that was easy. It’s the walking 900m that sucks. It’s knowing you could be eating up the distance and getting the session done quicker, but being stuck in an agreement to take it slow.
The listed time is off by an hour. The Garmin GPS watch doesn’t auto-correct for Daylight Savings so those times are an hour ahead of true.
