Once again. Sunday November 10, 2013.
Getting quicker. Lot of confidence in the short intervals. Going with the assumption that if I start fast in short intervals, I will slow proportionately in longer intervals and settle on a good pace as distance and stamina meet.
Haven’t corrected the time for DST. Still showing an hour later than it was.
Also not running with music. Maybe because it’s dark out and I want more senses alert for running when I am less visible. Or maybe it’s just a summer thing to run with tunes.
