June 19, 2014. Recovery Walk #1.

Dug the Garmin GPS out of a drawer, laced up, went for a walk.  Did a 5k loop.  Once up to speed, my foot felt all right.

In general however, things are not any better than before the crutches and the air-cast.  Pain in my big toe, and wandering pain in the foot (almost everywhere except where the cuboid-bone pain was).
