CMR prep session 3 of 3.

Tuesday May 19, 2015.

8 rounds, 800m run / 150m walk.  Actually, reversed the order in the GPS watch and set rounds as 150m walk then 800m run.  Where’s the accomplishment in finishing on a walk interval ?

Very nice night out, everything felt great, pace was just right and managed to get back into it quickly when time came for the run intervals.  Hopefully this bodes well for Saturday and Color Me Rad.  Wed-Fri will be rest-days.
