Little 4k, 1 of 2

Occurs to me that a goal for 2015 was to do a “12-Minute Run”, a twice-yearly (or yearly) chore we had back in high-school Gym class.  Consequently, I need to set aside regular programming (note how many times on ZeroToRun I have drifted away from the core 10k program…) and work on running time intervals instead of distance ones.

Haven’t had time to write a progression, so I will do two 4-km runs as warmups, make some distance, and lead into the timed intervals.
