12-Minute Run training schedule

…subject to change.  Like everything I ‘plan’.

{Run 3 min, walk 1 min} x7

{Run 3 min, walk 30 sec} x7

{Run 4 min, walk 1 min} x6

{Run 4 min, walk 30 sec} x6

{Run 5 min, walk 1 min} x4

{Run 5 min, walk 30 sec} x4

{Run 6 min, walk 1 min} x3

{Run 6 min, walk 30 sec} x3

and then maybe try the 12-min ?  Dropping the 30-sec rest between one 6-min and the next seems a plausible jump.  And this set is built around overtraining for twelve minutes of continuous running.

Let’s give it a go.
