February 4, 2016 – 237m / 0.24km (sprint)

Not sure what form these “sprint” runs are going to take.  This one was just a full-tilt sprint for as long as I could maintain good speed, but that seems kind of … arbitrary ?  Have in mind to either do this for-time (perhaps sprint for 1 min, 1 min 10 sec…) or for-distance (300m, 400m…) tho both concepts seem like a rehash of what I’m already doing, just in a shorter format.  Also, this was the sixth run of the year.
