Shorter weighted distance for this 17th run of the year.

Very good pace, happy with that.

Plan to create a target schedule for runs; weighted distances at 1/3 of full run distances, or sprints to increase by 10% each time.  Probably bring back interval running at a target distance 2x that of full run distances.  Will allow me to add overall 2016 distance and train endurance in a couple different ways.
