No need to draw from the deck – by default there was only this one left, in Set 1. 500m x 10 for a 5km total, with 60-sec rests between intervals.
The pace is exactly the same as Monday, tho this one felt horribly slow and sluggish. Needed another rest day, probably. And orange juice and salty ripple potato-chips were not the best pre-run snack. Paused in the middle of laps 8, 9, 10. And an extended break in between Lap 4 and 5 to wait for a major intersection’s crosswalk light.
