May 3, 2016 – 5km (intervals)

24th run of the year, 7th of the new program.

Draw from the deck was the 8 of Clubs.  500m x 10 for a 5km total, with 60-sec rests between intervals.

Let’s not get too impressed with these pace intervals.  At least three 1-min breaks between, were stretched into 2-3 minute breathers.  Should not have gone out so soon after getting home from work, and with no food or water in me.  Exhausted at the end of this.
