June 2, 2016 – 6km (intervals)

31st run of the year, 14th of the new program.

Draw from the deck was the 6 of Clubs.  400m x 15 for a 6km total, with 60-sec rests between intervals.

I don’t know why -and I’m not complaining- but everything was just so right about this run.  Tons of energy, breathing was low and slow, ground felt like trampoline and I seemed to float.  Even in Laps 11 and 12, going uphill, I kept a good pace.
