Week Five, Session 3B (Bridge, Do-Over)

Thursday June 13, 2013.

Five-minute intervals again.

Four consecutive >1km efforts, and the other two missed by only a little.  Surprising for having no sleep the night before and little food in me the day of.  Wonky feeling in the left hip.  Knee fine.  Not showing so broad a difference between the April 6th numbers and this set.  I must be catching up to the next physical ‘wall’ to overcome in my running progression.
